We are not a brokerage.
Most firms in this market are built to close transactions. This one was built in 1987 to hold property over decades. That is why its clients are three cities, a water district, a school board and a bank, each of whom ran a procurement process before hiring anyone.
What we manage
Shopping centers and medical buildings, mostly.
Seven of the sixteen properties in this portfolio carry medical tenants, from a hospital-adjacent building in Murrieta to urgent care, dental and optometry suites in Menifee and Temecula. Most of the rest are neighborhood retail.

Your building will not be handed to a rotating team.
A national brokerage will assign your asset to a team, and that team will change. The people who tour the property, negotiate its leases and answer when a tenant calls are rarely the people who won the account.
This firm has no outside agents and no bench to rotate. Howard Rosenthal and Guy Excell have personally run every engagement since 1987, and they will run yours. In a market they have worked since 1987, that is the difference between a report about your asset and knowledge of it.
